At Casa Leah, Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 12:00 pm. Cancellation depends on the rate you choose, quiet hours run from 11 pm to 8 am, and small pets are welcome. Everything is set out here, clearly and in one place.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 pm, with an official photo ID.
- The main guest must be 18 or older.
- Check-out: by 12:00 pm.
- Early check-in: 1,000 MXN, subject to availability.
- Late check-out: until 2:00 pm, 500 MXN. After 2 pm, an additional night applies.
- Reception: 7 am to 11 pm. Arriving later? Message us on WhatsApp to arrange your check-in.
Cancellation, by rate
- Flexible rate with breakfast: free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. After that, or in case of a no-show, the full stay is charged.
- Weekly rate (7 nights or more): free cancellation up to 10 days before arrival.
- Non-refundable rates (including the room-only rate shown as the starting price on the website): paid in full at booking. They cannot be refunded, moved to other dates or transferred.
What every stay includes
- A suite with a full kitchen, living area, 55-inch smart TV and air conditioning
- 850 Mbps fiber with Starlink backup and a WiFi 6 access point in every suite
- A hammock, a rain shower and bath amenities
- Pool and beach towels
- Daily housekeeping
- Access to both pools, the poolside bar and the concierge

Capacity
Each suite's maximum capacity is the one shown on its page: two guests in the Balcony, Garden View and Plunge Pool Suites; four in the Two-Bedroom Villa and The Grand Penthouse. There are no extra beds.
Children
Children are welcome, babies included. In shared areas and at the pools, children always stay with an adult. A crib is available free of charge; please request it when you book.
Pets
- Small pets: one per suite, up to 10 kg.
- Fee: 400 MXN per night.
- An up-to-date vaccination record, and notice when you book.
- Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas or in the pools.
- Pets are never left alone in the suite.
A smoke-free house
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in suites, on balconies or on terraces. They are allowed only in the outdoor areas by the pool and the bar. Smoking or vaping inside a suite carries a fee of 250 USD.
Pools
- Hours: 9 am to 11 pm.
- There is no lifeguard; guests swim at their own risk.
- Children always with an adult.
- No glass in the pool areas.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours run from 11 pm to 8 am for every guest. Events and gatherings take place only with prior approval and a quote.
The sea
Zicatela Beach has powerful waves and strong currents. For swimming in the sea, we recommend Carrizalillo, Puerto Angelito or Manzanillo.
Parking
Casa Leah does not have its own parking. Free street parking is available directly outside. The hotel cannot take responsibility for vehicles or their contents.
Payment
The booking engine (casaleah.co/book) accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express through a secure payment processor. Extras are added and paid separately, after booking, through the guest app (Whistle). The website does not charge for extras.
