It depends on the rate. The flexible rate with breakfast can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival; after that, or in case of a no-show, the full stay is charged. The weekly rate (7 nights or more) is free to cancel up to 10 days before. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled, changed or transferred.
What is the non-refundable rate?
It is the lowest rate in the booking engine and the one shown as the starting price on the website: room only, paid in full at booking. It cannot be refunded, moved to other dates or transferred to someone else. If your plans may shift, the flexible rate with breakfast is the better fit.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 12:00 pm. On arrival we ask for an official photo ID, and the main guest must be 18 or older. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later, there are options for a fee, subject to availability.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Yes. Early check-in is 1,000 MXN, subject to availability on the day. Late check-out until 2:00 pm is 500 MXN; after 2 pm, an additional night applies. Both can be requested through the guest app or on WhatsApp after booking.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The booking engine accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express through a secure payment processor. When you are charged depends on the rate; non-refundable rates are paid in full at booking. Extras are paid separately, through the guest app, after you book.
Is there a minimum stay?
The minimum stay changes with the date and the season. The booking engine shows it as soon as you select your dates, so that is the quickest place to check. If you have specific dates in mind and need help, message us on WhatsApp and we will find the best option with you.
What if I arrive after 11 pm?
Reception is open from 7 am to 11 pm. If your flight or drive arrives later, let us know on WhatsApp at +1 786 917 6777 with your estimated arrival time, so we can arrange your check-in in advance and have everything ready when you walk in.

What is the minimum age to book?

The beach and staying safe
